    A) I started on HSPU

    I used 35lb kb for strict press to sub strict HSPU

    And I did belly to bar pull-ups

    Made it through 3 rounds + 8 presses and 40 doubles

    B) 10:06

    C) 10:50

    D) ran a mile with Clint and Sandra…Sandra tried to kill me the last 1/4 mile 🙂 Thanks for the push everyone! Good workout 🙂
