A.

Three sets, not for time, of:

L-Sit x 45 seconds

Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold x 60 seconds

Bridge-Up x 5 reps @ 2225
B.

Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets):

Run 400 Meters

80 Double-Unders

40 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
C.

20-Minutes of Static or Passive Stretching
Cool Down

    ••DU are my kryptonite just like snatches. I did the 5min per round. DU slowed me down tried to work on my form but I literally was failing from fatigue at 20 to 10 reps it fluctuates
    Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets):

    Run 400 Meters

    80 Double-Unders

    40 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
    1st round made it to 10kb swings
    2round better made it to 20 lb swings
    3 sucked again made it to 10 lb swings
    4 round again better made it to 15 lb swings
    5 only finished through DU and had to run again
    6 the round made it to 10 Kb swings.

    Literally just finished and b asked me to do some pull up holds from General. I did one round 30 sec hold up supinated
    30sec superman hold
    30 sec pronated hand hold
    30sec hallow hold
    Had to sprint out to get my son.
    So happy about today’s training last weak I was so beat literally fatigued from the weight training.
