50 DUBs or :45 DUBs
:20 L-Sit or L-Hang (Accumulate time if needed)
Hollow Rocks/Hollow Holds
Roll out/stretch for remaining time.
* Should have at least one minute of rest *
8 Minute Amrap- rest 2 minutes- then repeat for 6 min amrap
2-4-6-8-10-12—continue up by 2 until time is up.
