Final Week of Gymnastics Cycle

Week 4-

Volume/Skill Training-

8 Minute alternating EMOM-

• even min : 1 to 10 HSPU ( if possible.)or kb strict press

• Odd min: 1-10 Strict Pull ups

*Keep the same amount of reps every minute.

**If logged the first week’s reps, try to go for 30-40% of ME reps (HSPU and strict pull ups)

Metcon-

15 Minute Amrap-

15 KB Swings (70/53)

5 Ring Muscle ups

Sub RMU:

5 Ring Dips + 5 Strict pull ups
