Min 2- :30 Hollow Hold

Min 3- 2 Wall Walks or 4 Inch worms + push up

Min 4- Native Squat/Banded Lat Stretch/Banded Tricep Stretch (Switch Every rd)

For time-

50 Deadlifts at 50% of 1rm DL

*Every Break complete 5 HSPU

Modify with box HSPU (knees or toes) or Ring or floor push up

*Must complete a total of 800m Run or 1k Row (break it up it all at once)
