Gymnastics strength/skill:

10 minute EMOM

Odd- Up to 10 strict pull ups

Even- Up to 10 perfect push ups

Does not have to be unbroken sets


14 min to Complete :

50 T2B ( work on max unbroken sets )

10 wall walks

20 push ups

30 KB sit-ups

Scale accordingly, pick a movement that athlete can complete at least 10 unbroken reps: K2E, K^Hips, V-ups, Ab Mat Sit ups, etc.
