Prep work
Team stretch

You and one other person
20 min amrap
10 burpee box jumps
20 toes to bar
100 double unders

Take the double unders as a chance to get some practice in at big sets. With the open coming up double unders should become more of a place of comfort

    5 rounds general fitness with Rema. I scaled and did Single jump ropes and mixed t2b and knee raises. Step up box burpees. I liked that it was 20 amrap!

    Wasn’t enough people to have partners today, I did the workout by myself and took 2 min breaks between rounds. I did Burpee box jump / step downs, all T2B and all DU’s. Just plugged away at Burpee’s, 1st round of T2B I was able to string 10 unbroken, then sets of 5’s, 4’s and whatever it took to get 20. For the DU’s it was sets of 50, 30 or whatever added to 100. Got thru 2 complete rounds plus BJ’s, T2B, and 17 DU’s.

    this workout was fun today
    felt strong on the burpee box jumps, but oh man need to work on leg ups :/
