1K Row-Push the pace on the last 250
Then
15 Min Work up to a Max 3 rep on bench Partner up and share benches
For bench make sure you warm up adequately before you start in on your heavier reps- Work a closer grip then you would normally do “back in the day”. Not saying everybody will be using a “close grip” but continue on the progression of our push ups that we have been doing.

1K Row-Push the pace on the last 250
