By yourself
5 min max burpee box jump overs
The goal of this is to not stop moving

After that rest 5 min then
Partner up and perform with one other person

Perform the following as fast as possible

100 calorie airdyne ride
50 shoulder to OVHD 135/95

    60 Burpee box jump overs (61 if you count the one I ate it on)

    Didn’t have a partner so it was suggested that I do 75 Cals on the airdyne and 30 shoulder to OVHD at 135lbs. I struggle bused through and finished in 11:48.
