    Started with burpees 46, then CJ @135 26 row 892m. Between transition and being a bit gassed, all my numbers were lower than I thought they be. 135 felt pretty heavy today. You got me on this one coach, u got me!

    Started on C&J only 35lbs worked on making sure I was doing them right.-35

    This work out was a good challenge. C&J 1115lbs reps ?, 829m on the row, and burpees reps ?. I have a heard time counting when im having so much fun.

    This workout went a lot faster than I thought! Time flies when you’re having fun I guess 🙂
