Reminder that this Saturday we will be having our event in support of  Monica Arriaga.  click here to RSVP . This will give us a good idea of how much food to make. If you don’t RSVP you are still welcome to come please don’t let that be the determining factor. There will be a lot of cool stuff up for grabs that you can bid on. Seahawks jersey, I know a saw a Seahawks  canvas drawing that someone donated, and many other things.


Prep Work

Drinking birds
Leg pumps

Work up to a heavy 1 rep Dead lift within 8 sets (20 Min Time cap)

Burpee Box Jump
After the 21 and 15 rest :30

ACC work
Double under practice

Cool Down

    Oh and double unders are coming along, practiced a lot yesterday, and just a bit today, got 5 in a row (doing double, single, double, single) These have been my goal since starting crossfit!
