Reminder that we will not be having a 5:30pm or 6:30pm class tomorrow. We will have a 3:30pm and 4:30pm class.

Prep Work
3 Sets Of
10 HEAVY russian Swings
10 Drinking birds
10 Leg pumps

WOD
50-40-30-20-10
Russian Swings
Walking Lunges

For this workout focus on
1. Form and efficiency
2. KB weight or weights if you choose to use doubles
3. Overall time

If you wish to add weight as the reps get lighter that is fine but I challenge you to keep a heavier weight the whole time

    Got peer pressured into tabata sit ups. Think I did 78.
    Joined JD n Ivan on 3k row 11:35. Gym warmed up quickly this morning!

    WOD 10:15 used 70# did it unbroken, probably should have went up in weight though, quads are pretty tight, but i like it!
    Good Friday workout.

    Used 44#, then 53#, then 62# on the last set. I know I can do heavier… was just pacing myself… Quads are tiiiiirrred.
