Prep Work

10 Min Squat test

Today Will Be school yard style….
We will play around with
A. Max Broad Jump
B. Max Box Jump
C. Max pull ups
D. Max handstand

We will all warm up together and do our squat test after that you will decide where you want to start on A-D. Remember to be safe and have fun.
