    Tabatta squats: (15, 14, 14, 13, 13, 12, 13, 13) = 107 reps (my knee keeps tweaking a little bit when I do squats, got some knee sleeves so I need to start using them and see if a little extra stability helps)

    This actually felt better than I thought it would today; I definitely needed to do something to loosen up after yesterday.
