    Did this one @ 55# finished in 17:59.
    I just don’t understand why running is so tough for me!

    Didn’t feel great on the run, hip and hammy not cooperating but went unbroken on all OH squats so was happy with that portion.
    Fun 9am group !!! Planks and hollow rocks 🙂
