2X10 DB KB Push press (Practice your rack position)

50 DB KB Thrusters 53/35
Every time you drop the bells 5 burpees will be done immediately
The whole workout will be timed take enough time in between the row and thrusters to ensure you can get a big set in the start with the KB’s

    Felt like I had ZERO gas in the tank this morning…

    DB KB thrusters with 26lb KB: 7:58
    Did 15, 10, 10, 8, 7 (so 20 burpees total in between, which I definitely preferred to the thrusters)

    I had to break these up to sets of 6 sometimes 5 and 7 for my last one this took me awhile did the 35lbs kettle bells

    I was pleased with my 1K row under five at 4:26- in the 50 KB thrusters goal was five sets of ten and 20 Burpees – I finished in under 15 mins- at 14:36(?)- and 25 total Burpees- that was a good on- legs and arms are feeling it!
