    Back squats were 5×85, 5×105, 3×115, 3×120, 1×125, 1×130
    1 RM thruster was 100 lbs
    Finished the wod in 12:44, doing pushups from my knees

    Felt awesome. Figure out I stay on my toes too much so I have been trying to drive those heels into the ground and its feeling great.
    105# for thruster. Not a good day for those.

    I felt tired today but I had a busy work weekend so I am glad with what I did get.

    Worked up to 175# on squats
    Thrusters failed @ 105 because I couldn’t clean it

    10:55 -used blue band and did first set and half of the second set regular push-ups then went to knees
