    Finished 4 rounds of the wod…DU’s for first round, singles for the rest. 65 lbs for shoulder to overhead. Shoulders were toast from yesterday 🙁

    No row machine, so jogged 2 miles. Not quickly.

    4 rounds+8 burpees

    2 25# bells
    Jumped Over a step up bench 3 sections high
    60 singles for all rounds

    Not quite the same as the WOD called for, but close enough for Anytime standards!

    65 lbs push jerks, singles on the rope 40-60. Kind of lost count on the rounds, but I think I did 4 rounds plus 5 push jerks and 5 burpees
