    Worked out with Andrew on DL’s today, haven’t DL’d in 3 weeks due to knee. Got up to 355#.
    For WOD I air dyned and did sit-ups. Kept a pace of 35+ calories per Andy running then did 15 sit-ups. Got thru 5 complete rounds, total Calorie was 191.

    DL: 255# (not a PR. Felt a little tired)
    WOD: 3 full rounds. 1 partial round-completed 400 m run but not the wall balls.

    315 for DL 10lb PR almost got 325, maybe next time
    WOD: 3 rds+ 400m run
    Kept all my runs under 3 mins which is a huge accomplishment for this slow runner.
    Did wall balls unbroken with 14lb ball

    4 rounds + 400 m run, but I didn’t rest the full minute on the last two because I wanted to get 5 rounds.
