    I did my first kipping pull-up today! It was kind of a double kip though 🙂 still working on beat swing and synching t2b together.

    Today was a struggle. Studying is taking a toll on my body and its hard to not get frustrated about having less energy than I usually do.

    2k row: 8:20 (6 sec slower than last time, but felt 200% harder!)

    4 rds + 10 hang power cleans, 10 wallballs, and 11 DUs.
    14lb wallball, 30 lb DB

    DUs were unbroken almost unbroken the first two rounds! Third rd had a few more breaks, and then lost all energy the 4th round and 5th.
