    Warm up -done.
    Took it way easy today mainly because I’m running a half marathon tmrw.
    Half Angie -50 of everything
    Broke it up by rounds of 10. Did ring rows instead of pull ups. Time 5:50
    For SL DF did 17s 3×8 bilateral.
    Ran 800m.
    Good work out. Happy weekend to everyone and wish me luck for tmrw.

    Mixed it up a lil this morning came to the 9:00 class this morning. Did Angie in 34:50. All Pull-ups were unbanded and slight kip, broke them up in 10, 8, 7 the rest in 5’s, Push-ups were 8 sets of 10, and 4 sets of 5’s, sit-ups were 4 sets of 25, then broke up squats into various rep schemes. Fun Friday workout!

    Completed Angie in 39:40. Was happy I finished under 40 mins. Pull ups seemed to take the longest. I started by breaking them up in sets of 5. My hands took a beating so I had to do one at a time so I didn’t tear my money makers. Push ups broke up into sets of 5 and 2. Sit ups did sets of 10. Squats sets of 15 and 10. Felt so good to be back even though I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. 🙂

    Hands were close to ripping on pull ups. Did them with a band and Kipling. Really struggled on the push ups. Sit ups burned but were ok, worked on control and form for the squats (the knees are feeling better).

    Back was sore this week, went to Chiropractor. Feeling better! Take care of your bodies 🙂

    All kipping pull-ups, no band! Majority of the push-ups on my knees
    Great day! No tears but a few blisters.
