    I saw today’s WOD and was relieved – Oh sweet Annie. Completed it in 8:43, my rounds of 50, 40, 20, and 10 DU’s were unbroken. When I 1st started Xfit 2 years ago I really struggled with DU’s they just take time and practice.

    Enjoyed the warm up. The crab walks were a struggle. I tried to focus on pushing my belly button to the ceiling and squeezing my butt and that helped.
    Oh sweet simple Annie how I love you!
    Finished 6:52 all unbroken DU except my last 2 on the 30 round! Goal next time is 6:45.
    Felt strong on my pull-ups used a red skinny band. I still get nervous with my shoulder.
    I ate 1/2 a banana and some white rice about 30 min prior to my workout and felt so much better during the workout. Made a big difference. Deciding I may have to drink 1/2 a shake 40 min prior to workout to stop the bonking I have been feeling.
    Like Jim I recall when I first started I couldn’t do DU’s to save my life. 1 day I whipped the crap out of myself trying to get them. Eventually I strung 2 and 3 together then 10 then 15 and it just kept getting better with practice πŸ™‚

    Completed “Annie” in 11:23. It was a struggle working through the DU, but I managed. I got my first chin up pull up without a band today. I couldn’t do more than 2 so I did a few with the orange band and finished my reps with the small red band.

    Did singles for the WOD and finished in 11:26. Good workout today πŸ™‚ also did all acc work. Black band for chin ups.

    1st time I did Annie my time was 15:56 that was in may. Today my time was 13:03. I did singles both times. Next time ill do it with double unders. πŸ™‚
