2X60M EMPTY sled push

Every 2 Min For 20 Min
1X60M Sled Push AHAP

ACC Work
5X5 KB Floor press, use same weight for all 5 sets

Optional Conditioning
5X Jog/Sprints. How this will go…Jog out to the 400 Mark and sprint back as quickly as possible. There is no rest in between, the jog is your rest.

    You know it’s going to be a tuff workout when you show up and see someone assuming the position… Partnered up with Eric Dean for the Sled Pushes, we started with 140# on the sled, was ok initially but dropped 50# at round 5, then Round 9 we added 20#. Tough workout today, Eric really pushed me, thanks Eric.
    Did 1 round of the floor presses with 44’s, right shoulder did not like it.
    Good end of the week workout!

    I don’t know the but working out with nick is not a good idea he started with 4 plates 45 lbs and then 2 rounds later I don’t remember were I was at or the weight I was so light headed….

    Started the WOD with 140#, dropped to 110#, and then 90#. Only made it through 7 sets before I got sick lol. Did 5×5 of floor presses w/ 26# KB. Got my ass handed to me today 🙂

    Woah prowler fun! 180 for six rounds, 160 for two rounds, 130 by mistake for one then 195 on the last one … things got dark.
