    1 round+1toe to bar on second round.
    200 SU, 35 for KB swing.
    Hard one to come back to. Or just hard to come back period. But it’s good to be back. Thanks for the beat down.
    Awesome Acc work too. Love it.

    1 round, on the second round I got only 4toes to bar.
    Du,35kb, the toes to bar kill me. My shoulder still bothering me. I did only 3×2 w/2sec dissent chin ups. I did do the hip bridges 2×20.

    Honestly didn’t want to go today was feeling really un-energetic this morning, glad I did but my results weren’t very good but better than not going. Got thru 1 complete round plus 100 DU’s, used 53# for swings half were American and the other half were 3/4 American, broke those up in 5 sets of 15. T2B broke those up in sets of 5. Did Acc work also. Totally spent today.

    Amrap: 1 rd +6 swings. I did singles instead of double unders!

    Used blue band for chin ups. Did 2×15 of hip bridge with high knees!

    1 round plus 23 double unders RX everything weaknesses double unders, I need to improve on stringing my toe to bars more efficiently!

    Finished 1 round and 25 singles
    Did singles the whole time. Used the blue kettle bell.
    Rowed instead of running.
    Good workout! Tough one to get through, those American swings are exhausting! Did the chin ups and also did 15 pull ups with the black band.

    Did DU and they took me forever because I could only do about 1-3 at a time, but I am determined to get them! Made it through 1 round and I’m not sure how many DU because I stopped counting. I used the 35# KB for the American swings and modified T2B for knees to elbows. Did ACC work and used no band for my first set, orange band for sets 2 and 3 and small red band for sets 4 and 5.
