    Front squats. Started with the bar slowly warming and building up. I do need to work on front squats. 5@85 @115 5@135 5@145 6@150. Lower back felt ok..

    Wod.. I got to 11 + 9 on the 12th round.. The push up got me.. I’m sure I did a few bro reps. Lol

    This was a good time. Front Squats with Dirk, first round at 225 increased, hit my goal of 315 for five. Can always do with some more squatting. Had an absolute blast with burpees, not because burpees are fun, but it was a good environment and good friends this morning. Got to round 12 … should have kept going, may have been able to eek out two more. Pull ups were good, got chin over on each one.

    Front Squat: 135/135/140/140/140

    Wod: finished 10th min… I should have continued into 11th but i didn’t…. Only excuse I have is I needed to breathe….:(

    Used red band for wide pullups…. Felt hard.

    Front Squat: 125/145/175/195/200
    WOD: Finished 10th min and got 7 on the 11th min…Triceps were on fire!!
    Used Lg green band for pull ups. Went really well. The last 2 reps became hard. Try a smaller band next time.
    Also went for a nice jog around the block today. Had a lot of energy today. 🙂

    Front Squats 85, 95, 105, 115, 125. On the last set of 5 I had to fight for the last couple reps. Death by burpees + 1 extra push up was fun. I did perfect pushups until round 7 then I moved to my knees for pushups. Made it through round 11 + 9 in round 12. My shoulder wasn’t happy about the wide grip pull ups after the WOD so I completed regular strict pull ups with the blue band.
