    Partnered with Susana and Nancy from Portland. We made it through 1 round plus 190 some meters on the row. And I PRed on the 500M row at 1:57. Great work today 9 am, that was a fun one 🙂

    I did the WOD solo- or as Judith would say: “me, myself, and I!” I got through two solid rounds plus started the third and got 45 meters into the row! Good Time!
