    For the strength part, I worked up to 175# and failed twice at 185#, I failed at the clean part, I can power clean 185 but my technique for the full clean needs work.
    For the Burpee’s I only got 73, I started at a 12 rep pace for the first 2 minutes or so, then slowed down a lil bit.

    Worked up to 125 for the C&J. My jerk usually needs work but for that lift the jerk felt awesome. I ran out of time and gas. Still recovering from near death bed sickness I had this weeks.
    Burpees weren’t terrible at all actually, once I got the rhythm they felt good. Should have pushed harder. I wanted 105 at least got 102. So dang close.
    Awesome crew! I will say this again and again I love working out with Tiffany and Mandi!

    Worked up to 100# on the C&J which is a 5# pr but I still have a long way to go with my speed and form. For the WOD I did 95 burpees. I was shooting for 100 and was trying to keep up with Irina but couldn’t do it. Thanks for pushing me girl!

    What a day, environment was pretty electric. Hit a 275 CJ, then took a big jump failed first time hit the second clean at 295, went for the jerk, no lockout. 🙂

    Burpees are for the birds as BG would say. Hit 107 thanks to little Shawn counting me on. Felt like was going to blow a gasket.

    Great day after Thanksgiving workout. Built up to 165lbs for the clean & jerk. Still working on my technique. For the WOD I got 125 total burpees to plate. Boy it was hard but fun. Great work ever one.

    Worked up to 95# on C&J, failed at 105 and 110 on the jerk. Clean felt great, but I still have work to do on my jerk.

    Completed 104 burpees in 7 min. I started out slow trying to pace myself, but once I got warm I got into a good rhythm and sped up a bit.

    Worked up to 105 clean and jerk failed 110lbs. Although i always power clean for these and have a hard time with the squat, but i got it so this was a big improvement! I did clean the 110 which was a 15 PR. PR for both today! 😉
    7min Burpees – 70 did 10 per minute was pretty tired from lifting.

    So I was very proud of myself I made up 160lbs for clean and jerk that is a PR for me, my cardio was slacking through the burpees I made it through 94 burpees total!
