As many reps as possible in 10 Min
1 Clean (power or full)
1 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up
2 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
4 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
and so on….
*While one partner is working the other is holding the bar in the front rack position
The pull up test will be delayed for the week, next week is the final test.
