Hope everyone had a good Christmas! Excited to see all of the new CrossFit gear everyone got. A quick reminder that this Saturday is our Christmas Party(Ugly sweater) rumor has it, the person with the ugliest christmas sweater will be getting a prize!  Don’t forget to RSVP so we can let creekside know how many people they should plan for.

So with the year coming to an end what are your short term and long term goals for 2014? If you don’t have any would it be a good idea to maybe set some? Ill leave that up to you all to decide.     I needed that this morning!
    Deadlifts kept is light 5×5 @225. My back seems to be getting better.
    WOD 115lbs 15 rounds plus 6 reps.
    Good coaching tips this morning.

    DL-135×5, 225×5, 275×5, 305×5, 315×5. WOD- 9 rounds. 135 PP and kind of a Kipping T2B. Would have rather done 5 PP and 3 T2B(i suck at them), but good workout!
