For this workout you may perform power snatches or full snatches. It is up to you, if you have done this workout at a lighter weight try a heavier load then last time. Remember we are in a strength cycle 😉

    Subbed Grace for Isabel, did it Rx and PR’d it today at 5:11. Last week I was at 6:30 without a belt, today I wore a belt. Felt good.
    Also did Acc work with Andrew.

    Did 95# squat cleans instead of Isabel per Marcos and Clint. Paced it as 1 every :12 but I had a lot left in the tank on the last minute so finished in 4:27. Thank you Clint for the push!

    Used 65lbs and finished in 7:25
    Did full snatches and tried to focus on technique and make them nice 🙂
    Was a little sore from doing snatches at only class the night before and could definitely tell the difference it makes when I actually hit the correct positions and when I didn’t during each lift.
