    I really like the Saturday workouts, different faces and lots of enthusiasm!
    1st 1000 m row was 3:45.
    Then loaded 135# on the bar and did 2 complete rounds of 10 ground to overhead and 10 C2B pull-ups plus 8 ground to overhead in 10 minutes.
    2nd 1000 m row was 3:53.
    Did not do partner wall balls.
    Fun work today!
