    That didn’t feel good after yesterday beat down!

    2 Full Rounds Plus 195 M Row.
    Didn’t go fast at all on the burpees or Wall Balls.
    I was looking for someone tap in and take over, but no one showed up 🙁

    Legs are going to feel today.
    Good two days of XFIT!

    Now off to play 18 holes at the Elks for Comanders Cup Golf Tournament

    Tuff one today, but feel I am getting better. HSPU are feeling good and I can do more than one double under at a time again. Push press and the jerk went well, ended up at 255. All I have to say about 24 min AMRAP, beat down. Thanks to the coaches for the extra push.
