A.)

Front squat:

Every 2 min for 12 min

5 front squats build up.

B.)

every 3 min for 4 rounds (12 min )
Parter up and each partner must complete 200-300m row each +15 wall balls each.

  • One partner will start with wall balls and 1 on the rower
  • Each partner will row and do wall balls in the 3 min time frame.

remaining  time in the 3 min is rest.
