Every 2 min for 12 min
4 Back squats, build up heavier then 2 weeks ago
every 3 min for 4 rounds (12 min )
Parter up and each partner must complete 200-300m row each +8-15 burpees
- One partner will start with burpees
- Each partner will row and do burpees in the 3 min time frame.
remaining time in the 3 min is rest.
