Take 12 minutes to establish 1 RM Back Squat

For example
  Start at
      5 reps at 50%
      3 reps at 60 %
      3 reps at 70%
      2 reps at 75-80%
      2 reps at 80-85%
      1,1,1 .. build as technique allows to go heavy
