A little motivation Olympic lifting video

Thursday’s are a scheduled recovery day. Not everyone is following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule(yet). A lot of you guys are doing 2 times a week, some 3. So you ask yourself if Thursday is a scheduled recovery day what will I be doing? You can make up one of the workouts that was programmed during the week. For those that will be coming in you can either make up a workout you missed, or work on any skill you feel needs improvement . Feel free to ask questions, work on technique…. If you are following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, and come in we recommend to do something light and work on mechanics of the movements. Active recovery of some sort, mobility work is good.

    Bench press @135
    Pull Ups
    WOD #2
    10 rounds 100 meter sprint on rower
    5 ring dips with weighted vest.

    Did Tuesdays work out.
    A. Front squats 8min emom 3reps @85%=155lb
    B. power clean+clean 6sets
    Start at 115, 125, 135, 145, fail at 155.. PR on my power clean. Legs were tired after the front squats.
    C.6min emom 5cleans 10 c2b
    Did at the first three sets at 115lb used a band on the chest to bar. Lower the weight on the last 3 sets to 95lb finished every round… Ok just the last one I went over by 2secs.. Lol
    D. 60 step ups at 75lb/16″box it took me 5:45. They actually didn’t feel too bad.
