Friday we will be programming the OPEN workout as part of our program. If you aren’t doing the open you will just scale any moment that you can’t perform so don’t worry.  We are encouraging that if you are doing the OPEN to come in Friday between 3:30-6:30. Feel free to invite friends, and family to come cheer you on.  Our goal is to create and atmosphere where everyone comes in Friday night and cheers each other on. Yes I know some of you can’t commit to that and we understand but for those of you that can. Come ready to cheer on your fellow friends and athletes.

Saturday we will also be Judging from 10:30-12:00 for those that couldn’t do it Friday.

Sunday will be by Appointment only, You will have to e-mail mramos@crossfitreformation.com and set up a time.

Should I do the open workout twice? No, unless CrossFit is your sport. Invictus wrote a good article with some guidance (click here).

OPEN WORKOUT JUDGING TIMES:

Friday: 3:30- 6:30

Saturday: 10:30-12:00

Sunday: By appointment only

Monday: Normal class times no later than 12:00pm.

Remember we will need help judging so if you can be their for the above times(Friday and Saturday) that would be awesome.

Also if you have video cameras feel free to bring them as athlete  may need video submission.

Thursday’s are a scheduled recovery day. Not everyone is following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule(yet). A lot of you guys are doing 2 times a week, some 3. So you ask yourself if Thursday is a scheduled recovery day what will I be doing? You can make up one of the workouts that was programmed during the week. For those that will be coming in you can either make up a workout you missed, or work on any skill you feel needs improvement . Feel free to ask questions, work on technique…. If you are following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, and come in we recommend to do something light and work on mechanics of the movements. Active recovery of some sort, mobility work is good.

    Made up Tuesdays workout 1mile 8:22 improved by 1 minute. Finished WOD in 33:30. Hate/love relationship with the air dyne.
