Couple dates to remember. If you plan on going to regionals in Kent, Wa. May 16 – 18, 2014 Book your hotel. Richard has blocked out some rooms until Friday I believe so don’t wait until the night before to book it. Comfort Inn  253-872-2211 Just say your with CrossFit Reformation.

Also we will be having a muscle up clinic April 26th at 12:30-2ish($20) Get signed up for this ASAP we will be going over all the progressions you should take to get your muscle up.

Thursday’s are a scheduled recovery day. Not everyone is following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule(yet). A lot of you guys are doing 2 times a week, some 3. So you ask yourself if Thursday is a scheduled recovery day what will I be doing? You can make up one of the workouts that was programmed during the week. For those that will be coming in you can either make up a workout you missed, or work on any skill you feel needs improvement . Feel free to ask questions, work on technique…. If you are following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, and come in we recommend to do something light and work on mechanics of the movements. Active recovery of some sort, mobility work is good.

    Did Wednesday’s wod..
    7min emom Cleans @125lb they felt pretty good. Should off gone a bit heaver.
    5emom c2b and squats.
    Use small red band for the c2b. Shoulder felt ok.
    5emom 5 deadlifts @195lb and burpees. The last two rounds were rough. I went over by 6seconds on the last round. Burpees looked agley lol. Good wod just what I need it.
