20 Jerks (145/100 lbs)

10 Snatches (145/100 lbs)

10 Muscle-Ups or 400m run

If an athlete completes the 10 Muscle-Ups/400m rum and has time remaining in the 20 minute cap, begin round 2 starting with the sit ups .
