Pretty tired today so will keep it short and sweet, things are coming along. Things to keep in mind and that will help us out.

1) If you are interested in shirts. Girls will look like this(click here) Guys I want to say we will have Black, White and Grey. But I will have to confirm with Cassy. If you are interested in a shirt and havent let Cassy or myself know please e-mail us at mramos@crossfitreformation.com.

2) I sent out Facebook event invites for our opening day July, 1st and grand opening July,6th. If you are coming to either but specifically the Grand opening we would appreciate it if you would accept or join the event so we have a good idea of how many people to expect.

3) NO CLASSES THIS SATURDAY. I will be at the gym working and getting things set up. Feel free to stop by and check it out.

Conditioning:

“Death by 10 meter”

Every minute on the minute until failure 10 m Run Increase one 10m run every minute until failure

for example, the first minute is. 1-10 M sprint, the second minute is 2 -10 M sprints, the third is 3-10 M sprints and so on until you can’t complete X number of sprints in 1min
