Its been a hard week crew, but we made it! Lets recover our bodies and get ready for another fun week coming up!!

Today’s workout is inspired by the I/C training log that I follow and get advise from. So today I am going to answer a question that nobody has really asked me but I am sure many of you have asked your self. Why do you follow someone elses program and have us do something else?  1st of all I believe that everyone needs or can benefit from a coach, that is why I follow a program. 2nd a lot of the things you guys are doing or will be doing I have done from the program I follow and have seen results from it. So I guess what I am getting at is that I feel that I would be cheating you all as athletes if I wasnt out there learning different methods of training and passing that knowledge onto you, yeah? Hope that makes sense.

Note: 8 am intro class this will not be your workout.

Prep Work:

3 rounds

200m run

7 burpees

Conditioning:

3 Minute OTM

Run 200 Meters

Rest 2 Minutes

5 Minute AMRAP

100 foot Farmers Walk 10 KB WindMills (5R/5L) 5 Perfect pushup Inch Worms

*Perform WindMills as a recovery piece during this workout and do not overload your farmers walks. Keep the walk slow and upright focusing on not caving over.

Rest 2 Minutes

2 Minute Max Double-Burpees

Rest 2 Minutes

2 Minute Max Double-Burpees

Rest 2 Minutes

2 Minute OTM

Run 200 Meters

*Post Number Rounds for your AMRAP, Number of Double Burpees and any Missed runs to Comment

Cool Down:

3 Rounds 10 WallFacing Squats, 4 Scorpion Stretches (2R/2L)
