Teams of 2 get as many rounds as possible.

Break up the work however you want.

50 Pull Ups (Must do in sets of 5 minimum )

40 burpees box jumps , 24/20-in. box( each person must do 5 before transitioning)

30 shoulder to overhead 135/95 ( press, push press, push jerk, split jerk)

20 power cleans, 135/95( no squat )

10 front squats 135/95
