Come join us Friday, November 25th, for our 1st annual “Turkey Burn Off”. Fun starts at 10am(doors will open at 9:30am). We will be picking teams of 3(you can’t pick your own, sorry.) Come ready to have some fun and burn off some of those extra calories.

We will be performing 3 workouts(everyone can do) , so prepare for that. We are estimating 2-3 hrs at the gym depending on how many come out. If you could please let us know by clicking on the going tab we would appreciate it as it will help us plan for teams. Top team will win a small price. click here to let us know you can make it.
