Accumulate 200 WB

*One person must be holding an isolated top of the deadlift hold, 225/155 while other athlete accumulates WB.

Accumulate 50 Burpees Box jump overs, 24/20”

*One person is holding an isolated handstand or plank position while other athlete is accumulating BBJO’s.

*Switch athletes as needed throughout to accumulate reps.
