Conditioning:

5 rounds for max calories on Airdyne 30sec  sprint 30sec recovery pace

rest 5 min

5 rounds for max calories on the Rower 30sec  sprint 30sec recovery pace

Record you total calories for the Airdyne and the Rower individually.

 

Optional Acc. Work 

5 sets of max pull-ups

Rest 90 sec between sets

Mobility: Lats, Calf, Legs
