30 sec table top stretch
30 sec couch stretch

Strength:

Front Squat

Build over the course of 5 sets. Your last set should be heavier than last Fridays 3 rep.

WOD:

5 Rounds

8 Russian Swings

10 Goblet Squats

12 Burpees

Cool Down:

Pick two mobility drills and spend at least 5 minutes preferably 10 minutes on mobility (click here)
