3 Hang Power Cleans

3 Front Squats

Olympic Lifting:

Every Minute for 10 Minutes

Hang Clean Pull(demo) + High Hang Power Clean(demo) +Front Squat

Make sure your technique is solid before adding weight. We will be practicing these movements  for the remaining of the summer so technique is going to be crucial these next couple weeks.
