2×10 Drinking Birds

2×10 Leg pumps

Strength:

Dead Lift

5×5 Really focus on making sure your technique is solid before worrying about getting heavy.

WOD:

4 Rounds

200m sandbag carry

10 pull ups

10 knee raises

200m run(no sandbag)

rest 60 sec between rounds

Cool Down:

5 min on the air dyne or rower
