Prep Work

50’ inch worms with a push up

2×10 Drinking Birds

2×10 Leg pumps

Strength: 

Dead Lift:

Take 15 min to establish a heavy single.

WOD:

3 rounds for time

15 double KB Russian swings.  (Pick something a little heavier than usual.)

10 box jumps (step down)

rest 3 minutes

3 rounds for time

15 double KB Russian Swings

30 single unders with jump rope
