Endurance should be improving each week !

   Workout :

     NOT FOR TIME: just move with 70% effort

30 min time cap

Oly of choice ( or what you chose for the challenge)

50% of 1 RM

 V ups

 After each set complete :

 1 rope climb ( modify with rope over rig )

 200m run or row

  For example:

 10 cleans, 10 V ups, 1 rope climb, 200m run,

  9 cleans , 9 V ups,21 rope climb, 200m run,

  And down to 1
